If you need to write to us about an editorial matter, a question about the data policy, or any issue related to the community, these are the available channels. There is no form in this section: we prefer the message to reach the editorial inbox directly.
For questions about privacy, data use, cookies, or access and deletion requests, this is the appropriate channel.

It is a correspondence address. If you send printed material or documentation, keep in mind that it is received through that postal route.
For matters of community conduct, forum moderation, or submitting texts to the editorial board, first review the page policy and then write to us by email. We respond when we can, with no guaranteed timelines.
This page explains what personal data we process when someone writes to the editorial board, comments in the moderated forums, or browses the columns, interviews, reading guides, and film and series reviews. It also clarifies what rights you have over that information and who you can talk to if you want to exercise them.
When you send a text, a topic proposal, or an inquiry, we receive the name you sign with, your email address, the phone number if you include it, and the full message. In the moderated forums, the published content and the publication date are kept. We automatically record technical browser data, such as device type, language, and pages visited, along with analytics events that help us understand which columns are read the most and from which Latin American countries the audience comes.
We use our own cookies to remember reading preferences and analytics cookies to count visits in aggregate. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you do, some reading features may behave differently.
Form and contact data is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate interviews, review texts submitted to the editorial board, and notify about monthly meetups. Technical and analytics data helps keep the site running, detect errors, and decide which topics to explore in more depth. We do not offer casino, gambling, cryptocurrencies, forex, trading, investments, or adult content, and we do not use your information for those purposes.
Messages sent to the editorial board are kept for as long as the conversation and the editing work last. Analytics records are kept in aggregate form. When a text is published, the byline and the content remain visible as part of the site's archive. We work with email and hosting providers that process data solely on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements.
You can request access to the data we hold about you, ask for its correction if it is outdated or incomplete, request its deletion when it is no longer necessary, and withdraw the consent you have given to receive notices or take part in the forums. You can also object to the use of your data for analytics. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@gendernations.com stating your request and the email address you used to contact us.
We do not publish third parties' personal data without their consent, nor do we present false information about the people who take part in this space. If you notice an error or want to report content, write to us at the same email address. You can also call us at +54 9 11 6615 4390 or send us a letter to Doctor Amadeo Cicchitti, Ciudad de Mendoza, Mendoza, M5500EPA, Argentina.
